Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us.  If you are not happy with your online purchase and you wish to return it, you can send the item back, in its original condition, with the original invoice and tags attached, within 7 working days, for a refund.

Please consider that you are responsible for the safe delivery of any returns back to us.

We do NOT accept returns on sale items.

We will NOT allow any exchange/refund on footwear (Jutti) & jewellery items.

Hand block printing is a manual process; slight irregularities in colour and print are natural, reflecting the fabric’s handmade charm and uniqueness. As our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, print, or size are natural and not considered defects. Such variations are not eligible for return or exchange.
